What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee all environmental, health, and safety activities at the Piscataway site, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. You will develop, implement, and manage site-specific EHS programs, focusing on proactive strategies to mitigate risks. Your responsibilities will include providing EHS input during the early design and planning phases of construction projects, ensuring that safety considerations are integrated from the outset. You will conduct regular safety audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will promote a culture of safety and ensure that all employees are trained on EHS policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to EHS activities, preparing reports for management and regulatory agencies as required. Your role will involve staying current with industry trends and best practices in EHS management, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the EHS programs.
