Your responsibilities will include setting clear performance expectations for your team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, and ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored recruitment plans that align with business objectives. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of the recruitment process.
