Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about providing exceptional service. You understand the importance of building relationships and delivering happiness to customers, whether it's through a friendly smile or a smooth delivery process. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can safely operate a vehicle while representing Carvana. You are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Vehicle Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. You will engage with customers, answering any questions they may have about their new vehicle and the delivery process. Your role will also involve participating in community events to promote Carvana and its mission of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying experience. You will work closely with other team members to coordinate deliveries and ensure that all vehicles are delivered in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations while on the road.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, potentially reaching up to $20/hr.
