Amazon’s Transportation Operations team is seeking for a Last Mile Payments Coordinator to join our Brazil Transportation team. The Payment and Dispute Coordinator is responsible for managing all payments to EDSPs (External Delivery Service Providers), including payment disputes. They will make sure all partners will have a seamless payment experience. We expect our team members to identify ways to improve our operations continually.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage all payments EDSPs and partner payment disputes
- Own last mile partners payment experience
- Own payment performance metrics
- Partner with Procurement to adjust the different costs of nodes
- Actively engage with internal teams and external
- Ensure compliance throughout the global payment process standards
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other geos
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Experience with business analysis and P&L management
- Fluent Portuguese and advanced English writing skills.- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration
