You have experience in human resources, ideally as an HR Generalist, where you've supported employees through various stages of their lifecycle. You understand the importance of creating a healthy and engaging work environment, and you are committed to promoting excellence in HR processes. You are detail-oriented, ensuring the accuracy of data and documentation while providing consultative support to employees and managers regarding benefits and policies. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with HR teams to ensure smooth operations and project collaboration.
In this role, you will manage daily HR activities and administrative processes, offering guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and best practices. You will prepare and coordinate onboarding schedules for new employees, conducting sessions that enhance their integration into the company. Additionally, you will administer the benefits portfolio, maintaining long-term relationships with providers and ensuring effective communication of the benefits offered. You will also support the identification of training needs, coordinating training sessions and seeking appropriate vendors to fulfill these needs. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with legal requirements and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
