Overview

Carta is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage the lifecycle of their Private Markets customers. You'll focus on enhancing customer health and growth. This role requires experience in customer success and relationship management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers allows you to drive satisfaction and retention. You are data-driven, using metrics to assess customer health and identify opportunities for growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. You are proactive in addressing customer concerns and are skilled at problem-solving to enhance the overall customer experience.

Desirable

Experience in the finance or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with private equity or venture capital. You have a knack for understanding complex software solutions and can articulate their value to customers. A background in project management or operations can also be beneficial, as it equips you with the skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of Carta's Private Markets customers, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to succeed. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, guiding them through the implementation of Carta's software solutions, and providing ongoing support to maximize their usage. You will regularly check in with customers to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback, using this information to inform product development and service improvements. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to identify upsell opportunities and ensure that customer needs are represented in product roadmaps. Your goal is to foster long-term relationships that drive customer loyalty and retention.
