You have 5+ years of experience in customer success or activation management, particularly in large-scale technology deployments. You possess a strong understanding of program management methodologies and change management principles, enabling you to guide organizations through significant transformations. You excel in translating technical capabilities into business outcomes, ensuring that clients achieve their desired results with the solutions you implement. Your ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives and transformation leaders sets you apart, as you can articulate the value of technical tools in driving innovation. You are proactive in designing frameworks and governance structures that facilitate repeatable success across large deployments, demonstrating your strategic mindset and operational expertise.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and executing large-scale AI transformations for Anthropic's most complex enterprise deployments. You will own the critical activation phase, ensuring that customers achieve breakthrough innovation rather than incremental improvements. Your work will involve collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, allowing you to tailor solutions that drive significant impact. You will design enterprise-grade frameworks and governance structures that enable repeatable success across multiple business units and geographies. As a strategic partner to C-suite executives, you will translate technical capabilities into actionable business outcomes, managing the operational complexity of multi-workstream implementations. Your role will require you to draw on your professional services methodology and program management discipline to orchestrate deployments that touch thousands of users simultaneously.
