Cryptio is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their Data Ingestion and Reconciliation teams. You'll focus on team building and process improvement in the crypto economy. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing engineering teams.
You have a proven track record of leading engineering teams, ideally with experience in data infrastructure or financial technology. You understand the importance of building strong teams and creating clarity in fast-moving environments. Your leadership style emphasizes coaching, regular feedback, and clear growth paths for your team members. You are skilled at partnering with product teams to shape priorities and execution, ensuring that engineering efforts align with business goals. As the Engineering Manager at Cryptio, you will lead and support two engineering teams focused on data ingestion and reconciliation. Your primary responsibility will be to create the conditions for your teams to deliver consistently and with confidence. You will work closely with product management to shape priorities and ensure that engineering efforts are aligned with business objectives. You will also be responsible for hiring and developing strong engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Your role will involve regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback and support their professional growth. You will also work on removing obstacles that hinder team performance and streamline communication and processes within the engineering organization.
