What you'll do

In this role, you will facilitate and optimize internal communications for LAIKA through various channels and programs. You will partner with the Sr Communications Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee communications and engagement. Your responsibilities will include creating and delivering communications that support internal studio events and initiatives, as well as managing an editorial calendar that aligns with the overall communications strategy. You will generate compelling multi-media content for internal platforms and maintain LAIKA’s intranet, ensuring that information is accessible and engaging for all employees. Additionally, you will monitor and moderate internal social platforms, manage shared mailboxes, and assist in advising key stakeholders on maximizing their communication efforts. You will also facilitate the intake of external communications requests and respond to Glassdoor reviews, providing quarterly reports on activity. Your role will support communications for visiting filmmaker events and screenings, contributing to a vibrant studio culture.
