You'll leverage your expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning to deliver production-ready models. This role requires strong experience in NLP and modern ML frameworks.
You have a strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Your expertise includes training and deploying machine learning models, particularly in natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning. You are proficient in Python and have hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. You understand the intricacies of large language models (LLMs) and are eager to push their limits to solve real-world problems. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with enterprise customers to design and implement custom solutions that meet their unique needs.
You are passionate about the impact of AI on society and are committed to building systems that enhance human capabilities. You have a track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready models and are comfortable navigating the complexities of model evaluation and optimization. Your analytical mindset allows you to derive insights from data, and you are always looking for ways to improve the performance and capabilities of the models you work with.
Experience with frontier models and cutting-edge techniques in machine learning is a plus. Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent integrations will set you apart. You are also open to exploring new methodologies and are excited about the potential of AI to transform industries.
In this role, you will work directly with enterprise customers, understanding their domains and designing custom LLM solutions that address high-value challenges. You will train and customize frontier models, leveraging Cohere's full stack to deliver innovative AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting model evaluations, developing insights, and influencing the capabilities of Cohere’s foundation models. You will collaborate with a diverse team of researchers and engineers, contributing to the development of state-of-the-art modeling techniques.
