Celonis is seeking a Lead Community Manager to build and expand the Celonis Community in India. You'll be responsible for fostering engagement among academic, customer, and partner communities. This role requires a passion for community building and collaboration.
You have a strong background in community management and a proven track record of building vibrant communities. Your experience includes engaging with diverse stakeholders, including customers, partners, and academic institutions, to foster a collaborative environment. You understand the importance of creating a unified experience across various community touchpoints and are skilled at translating global strategies to local contexts. You thrive in cross-functional teams and are passionate about driving customer success through community engagement.
Experience in the SaaS industry or with process intelligence technology is a plus. Familiarity with community engagement tools and platforms will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
As the Lead Community Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and expanding the Celonis Community in India. You will create and implement strategies to engage community members, ensuring they have access to the resources and support they need to succeed. Your role will involve organizing events, webinars, and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development among community members. You will collaborate closely with the Global Community Engagement team to align local initiatives with global objectives, ensuring a cohesive community experience.
