Your experience includes implementing zero trust principles and developing secure-by-default standards that enhance user experience while maintaining robust security. You are a proactive communicator who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that security measures are integrated seamlessly into engineering processes. You are passionate about creating a secure environment that supports business objectives while protecting sensitive information. Desirable

Experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as Python is a plus. Familiarity with identity and access management solutions will be beneficial. What you'll do

As the Senior Corporate Security Engineer at Faire, you will be responsible for launching and managing the corporate security program from the ground up. You will define the operating model and establish working rhythms across IT Engineering, collaborating closely with Client Platform Engineering, Networking, Infrastructure, and Identity and Access Management teams. Your primary focus will be to harden endpoints, networks, identities, and SaaS environments, ensuring that security measures are both effective and user-friendly. You will champion zero trust principles, translating strategic security goals into practical controls and automation that can be adopted at scale. You will conduct regular security assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing remediation strategies to mitigate risks. Additionally, you will develop and deliver security training and awareness programs for employees, fostering a culture of security mindfulness throughout the organization. Your role will also involve staying up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, ensuring that Faire's security posture remains robust and resilient against emerging threats.
