As the Workplace Experience Coordinator in Vilnius, you’ll be the heartbeat of our office—the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. From elevating our Food & Beverages program to dreaming up creative events and experiences, you’ll be the face and the energy of Unity’s culture in Vilnius.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee daily office operations and facilities in the Vilnius office
• Plan and deliver local events and wellness initiatives to support company culture
• Ensure health, safety, and sustainability standards are met in the office
• Manage vendors, budgets, and spend tracking for efficient operations
• Handle employee requests, maintain office documentation, and collaborate with internal teams

What we're looking for

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills in both English and Lithuanian
• Proven problem-solving abilities with accuracy, flexibility, and reliability
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to assist with special projects as assigned

You might also have

• Experience in the hospitality or customer service industry
• Hands-on experience with Google Suite apps
