Handshake is seeking a VP of Operations to drive excellence and scalability across core operations. You'll oversee teams in Fellow Experience, Pay, Data & Analytics, and Training & Learning. This role requires a strategic mindset and operational expertise.
You are an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing diverse teams and driving operational excellence. You possess a strategic mindset, capable of building scalable systems that support rapid company growth. Your analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions that enhance operational efficiency. As the VP of Operations at Handshake, you will lead and scale core operations, overseeing a portfolio of central operations teams. You will be responsible for enhancing the Fellow Experience, managing Pay processes, and leveraging Data & Analytics to inform strategic decisions.
