You have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment, adept at handling core administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, and calendar management. Ideally, you possess 6 years of experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate setting, showcasing your ability to manage small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution. You are organized and analytical, with strong business judgment and communication skills that enable you to interact effectively with various stakeholders across the organization. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are always up to date with the latest Google products and services, using that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects.
As an Administrative Business Partner, you will be at the heart of your team's business operations, ensuring that your managers and team members can focus on their projects by proactively resolving operational and administrative issues. You will prepare meetings for executives or teams with minimal guidance, execute expense management activities, and assess office space needs. Your role will also involve planning and organizing internal and external programs and events, managing logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors. Additionally, you will coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
