You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in AI or technology-driven environments — you understand how to translate user needs into impactful product features and have a strong grasp of AI/ML capabilities. Your deep user empathy allows you to create experiences that resonate with millions of users, particularly in productivity tools like OneNote and Microsoft 365. You possess excellent product judgment, enabling you to prioritize features that elevate productivity, learning, and creativity. Collaboration is second nature to you — you thrive in cross-functional teams and can effectively communicate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to drive product success. You are passionate about innovation and have a growth mindset, always looking for ways to improve both products and processes. You understand the importance of experimentation and data-driven decision-making in product development, and you are comfortable leading initiatives from concept to launch.
Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing is a plus, as is familiarity with go-to-market strategies. A background in software development or a technical field can enhance your ability to collaborate with engineering teams effectively.
