You have 5+ years of experience in account management, particularly within the digital advertising space — you've successfully managed high-value client portfolios and understand the nuances of programmatic advertising. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions for your clients.

You possess a strong analytical skill set — you can interpret data to drive decisions and provide insights that enhance client relationships. Your consultative approach enables you to guide clients effectively, ensuring they leverage the full potential of the technologies at your disposal.

You thrive in collaborative environments — working closely with cross-functional teams such as Publisher Business Development and Solutions Architects is second nature to you. You understand the importance of teamwork in delivering exceptional client service and achieving shared goals.

Your communication skills are top-notch — you can articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively, whether you're presenting to clients or collaborating with internal teams. You build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.

Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Manager at OpenX, you will own a portfolio of high-value omnichannel publishers — your primary goal will be to deepen strategic relationships and drive revenue growth across our programmatic marketplace. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that leverage OpenX’s technology.

You will guide partners in utilizing our advanced technologies, including header bidding and oRTB — your expertise will help clients maximize their advertising revenue and enhance their overall experience with OpenX. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of our solutions.

Your role will involve analyzing client performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth — you will present these insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions that drive their business forward. You will also be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that align with both client objectives and OpenX’s goals.

You will participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams, including Publisher Business Development and Buyer Development — your insights will contribute to the overall strategy and direction of our partnerships. You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition to our platform.

In addition, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments — your knowledge will help you provide valuable insights to clients and position OpenX as a thought leader in the digital advertising space. You will also represent OpenX at industry events and conferences, building relationships and expanding your professional network.
