Rain is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to translate technical capabilities into compelling materials that drive sales and customer growth. You'll create foundational sales collateral and implementation guides. This role requires strong communication skills and a background in marketing.
You have a strong background in product marketing, ideally with experience in the fintech or SaaS industries. You understand how to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with enterprise customers. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product and Sales. You are detail-oriented and can create high-quality sales collateral and implementation guides that help drive customer success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact at a hypergrowth company.
Experience in payments or blockchain technology is a plus, as it will help you better understand the products you will be marketing. Familiarity with customer success stories and case studies will enhance your ability to create compelling narratives that showcase the value of Rain's offerings. You are comfortable working with data and analytics to inform your marketing strategies and decisions.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate Rain's value proposition to potential customers. You will create foundational sales collateral that includes presentations, brochures, and implementation guides that help the sales team engage with enterprise clients. You will work closely with the Product team to understand the technical capabilities of Rain's offerings and translate those into clear messaging that highlights the benefits for customers. You will also collaborate with the Customer Success team to gather insights and develop customer success stories that demonstrate the impact of Rain's solutions. As the company scales, you will play a key role in ensuring that marketing materials evolve to meet the needs of a growing customer base.
