Nebius AI is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale projects for their Cloud Platform. You'll coordinate with various teams and manage cross-functional initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in cloud technologies.
You have a strong background in project management, with at least 5 years of experience leading technical projects, particularly in cloud computing environments. Your ability to coordinate across multiple teams and reconcile diverse stakeholder needs is essential for success in this role. You are familiar with cloud infrastructure and have a solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, which will help you navigate the complexities of the Nebius Cloud Platform. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with both technical and business teams. Your experience in managing large-scale projects with numerous engineers and stakeholders will be invaluable as you drive initiatives that influence the entire platform. You are proactive and innovative, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Experience with AI/ML technologies and a background in hardware and software engineering are highly desirable. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools will also be beneficial as you work to enhance the efficiency of project execution.
In this role, you will initiate and coordinate large-scale projects that impact the Nebius Cloud Platform, working closely with teams across the organization. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of various departments, including the Cloud Platform team, Data Center & Hardware team, and Sales. Your role will involve managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You will facilitate meetings, track progress, and address any challenges that arise, leveraging your problem-solving skills to keep projects on track. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic planning sessions, helping to shape the future direction of the Nebius Cloud Platform.
