You possess 2 years of experience with generative AI techniques, such as LLMs and multi-modal models, or related concepts like language modeling and computer vision. Your expertise in designing and deploying cloud-native distributed systems, data pipelines, or AI/ML workflows in an enterprise environment spans at least 6 years. You have a proven track record of managing technical teams in cloud computing environments and interacting with C-level executives to translate business requirements into technical strategies.
You thrive in a specialized product incubation environment, dedicated to accelerating product market fit for unified data cloud and AI capabilities. You are a strategic thinker who can navigate complex technical landscapes while maintaining a focus on customer success and product innovation.
Experience with generative AI and cloud-native architectures is highly valued, as is familiarity with enterprise-level data solutions. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to evolving technologies and customer needs. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate technical strategies to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
In this role, you will lead a specialized team dedicated to leveraging Google's generative AI capabilities to address complex customer challenges. You will also play a critical role in resolving technical blockers that may arise during the development process, ensuring that your team remains focused and productive.
Your ability to influence and guide the strategic direction of product development will be essential as you work with directors and VPs to align engineering efforts with business objectives. You will foster a culture of innovation within your team, encouraging creative problem-solving and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of Google Cloud’s product portfolio, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of enterprises in a competitive landscape.
