Contentful is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the next generation of content creation and design experiences for enterprise customers. You'll focus on building innovative products that integrate modern design systems and AI technologies. This role requires strong leadership and product development skills.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in developing enterprise-grade solutions that meet the needs of large-scale organizations. You thrive on tackling complex challenges and have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Your expertise in AI technologies and design systems allows you to create innovative solutions that enhance user experiences. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and are driven by the desire to shape new categories in the market. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and research teams.
Experience with content management systems and a strong understanding of the digital experience landscape will set you apart. Familiarity with agile methodologies and a passion for user-centered design are also highly valued. You are eager to learn and adapt, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.
In this role, you will lead the vision for next-generation experience creation within Contentful’s Digital Experience Platform (DXP). You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions from the ground up, transforming how enterprise marketing teams create and manage digital experiences. Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality products that support enterprise-scale governance and flexibility. You will explore and apply AI-powered capabilities to enhance workflows, ensuring that the tools you develop meet the rigorous demands of enterprise customers. Your leadership will guide the team in defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and implementing feedback to continuously improve the product offerings.
