LangChain is hiring a Deployed Engineer to work closely with companies on LLM applications, bringing ideas to production-ready apps. You'll collaborate with engineering and sales teams, providing technical demos and leading workshops. This role requires an engineering background and experience in developer-focused environments.
You are an engineer who loves working with customers and has aspirations of becoming a future founder. You have experience as a deployed engineer or solution architect in developer-focused companies, and you enjoy being at the intersection of technology and customer engagement. Your engineering background equips you to understand complex systems and translate customer insights into actionable product improvements. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to lead trainings and workshops that showcase best practices to developer audiences.
In this role, you will work closely with companies on the frontier of LLM applications, transforming innovative ideas into production-ready applications. You will collaborate on a wide variety of LLM applications, including concierge search, code generation, and agentic co-pilots. Your responsibilities will include giving technical demos of the entire suite of LangChain's products, showcasing their capabilities to potential customers. You will also lead trainings and workshops aimed at developer audiences, helping them understand how to effectively utilize LangChain's frameworks. Additionally, you will work closely with the enterprise sales team to win deals, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements, ensuring that LangChain's offerings remain at the cutting edge of technology. You will also lead special projects that internally and externally test new products, providing valuable insights into their performance and usability.
