Overview

D2L is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive customer retention and growth in the Higher Education sector. You'll be responsible for managing renewals and fostering strong executive relationships. This role requires experience in account management and strategic alignment.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the education sector, and understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with it. With at least 5 years of experience, you excel in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, driving both retention and expansion. You are adept at managing renewals and have a keen ability to align customer goals with the solutions D2L offers. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about transforming education and are excited to be part of a company that is at the forefront of this change.

Desirable

Experience in the Higher Education sector is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based solutions and learning management systems. You are comfortable using data to inform your strategies and decisions, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results for your clients.
