Enviva is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead and manage operations in Greenwood, SC. You'll be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations while monitoring productivity and maintaining high-quality output. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of industrial or manufacturing experience.
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally with a background in wood products. You are proficient in basic computer knowledge and possess strong self-motivation and attention to detail. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to effectively manage a team and ensure a safe working environment.
As a Shift Supervisor at Enviva, you will be responsible for leading and managing the shift to ensure efficient and safe operations. You will assign tasks to team members, monitor productivity, and maintain high-quality output. You will address any issues that arise on the production floor and ensure that equipment is safely used and well-maintained. Additionally, you will provide regular reports on production progress and maintain documentation on employee performance to drive accountability and performance.
