Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the software industry. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the products they use. You are adept at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable insights for both the customer and the company. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, onboarding, product, and support teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product adoption. You are results-oriented, with a focus on retention and growth, and you understand the importance of delivering exceptional service to enhance customer loyalty.

Desirable

Experience with inventory management software or similar solutions is a plus. Familiarity with customer success metrics and tools will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable using data to inform your strategies and decisions, and you have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement in customer interactions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner. What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Cin7, you will be the strategic partner for our customers, guiding them through their lifecycle from post-onboarding to expansion. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that customers achieve measurable business outcomes, which will directly influence retention and growth. You will work closely with various teams, including sales, onboarding, product, and support, to advocate for customer needs and remove barriers to success. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for product adoption and expansion. You will analyze customer data to track engagement and success metrics, using this information to inform your strategies and improve customer interactions.

You will also be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions and resources to help customers maximize their use of the Cin7 platform. By fostering strong relationships and open communication, you will ensure that customers feel supported and valued throughout their journey with us. Your insights will play a crucial role in driving product improvements, as you will relay customer feedback to the product team to enhance the platform's capabilities. Ultimately, your work will contribute to Cin7's mission of empowering product sellers to thrive in a competitive marketplace.
