TrueCar is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive partnerships and revenue growth within the automotive industry. Who you are

You have a proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within the automotive industry — you understand the dynamics of dealer relationships and have experience in closing accounts to drive revenue growth. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively educate and engage with dealers at all levels. You are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a direct impact on business outcomes.

You possess a strong understanding of the automotive marketplace and are passionate about helping dealers succeed — you stay informed about industry trends and leverage this knowledge to provide valuable insights to your clients. You are adept at building and maintaining relationships, ensuring that dealers feel supported and informed about TrueCar's offerings.

Your analytical skills enable you to assess dealer needs and tailor solutions that align with their business goals — you are comfortable using data to drive decision-making and demonstrate the value of TrueCar's products. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and are not afraid to take initiative to achieve your targets.

Desirable

Experience in a similar role within a technology-driven company is a plus — familiarity with digital marketplaces or automotive sales platforms will set you apart. What you'll do

As a Business Development Manager at TrueCar, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with automotive dealers — your primary goal will be to close accounts within your assigned book of business, contributing to revenue and profitability growth.
