What you'll do

As the Director of Engineering, you will lead the Ray Core Engineering organization, overseeing the development of the foundational distributed runtime at the heart of Ray. Your role will involve defining the technical and organizational direction of Ray, ensuring that it meets the needs of a diverse range of users in the machine learning and data ecosystem.

You will engage in systems design and architectural decisions, collaborating closely with your team to tackle complex challenges in cluster scheduling, distributed execution, and resource management.
