Flex is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new client acquisition in the rental real estate market. You'll focus on building pipelines through inbound leads and outreach to potential partners. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to grow in a FinTech environment.

In this role, you will focus on new client acquisition, driving revenue and market share within the rental real estate market. You will build and manage a robust pipeline in the CRM, ensuring that you track your progress and follow up with leads effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to creatively tailor your prospecting approach, reaching out to potential partners and highlighting the value of a Flex partnership. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that your efforts align with the company's goals and objectives.
As part of a high-performing team, you will engage with inbound leads while predominantly focusing on outbound outreach. You will develop strategies to connect with property management companies and other stakeholders in the rental market. Your ability to communicate the benefits of Flex's services will be crucial in establishing partnerships that enhance the user experience for renters.
