What you'll do

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy significant new features for Twilio's ConversationRelay offering, which allows customers to create customized voice solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the technical roadmap and ensure that the features you build meet customer needs and expectations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring application performance and making necessary adjustments to optimize user experience.

You will engage in agile development practices, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives to continuously improve team processes. Your role will also involve collaborating with product managers and designers to translate user requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that the final product aligns with the overall vision.

As a senior member of the engineering team, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers. You will also contribute to code reviews, ensuring that the team maintains high standards of code quality and best practices.
