Job Description

We’re looking for a curious, strategic, and insight-driven professional to join our team as a Data & Insights Partner. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, customer success, and business strategy, transforming data into stories that inspire smarter decisions and stronger customer outcomes.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to define the “why” behind reporting needs and translate data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll uncover what each stakeholder truly needs to know, why it matters, and how those insights guide meaningful action. Rather than simply assembling data fields, you’ll craft reports that tell a compelling story, connecting metrics to impact and information to strategy.

Beyond delivering insights, you’ll help build a data-driven culture across the organization. You’ll empower teams through training, frameworks, and storytelling that make analytics more accessible, engaging, and outcome-oriented.
