BetterUp is seeking a Government Customer Success Manager to ensure clients receive maximum value from the BetterUp platform. You'll collaborate with various government agencies to drive customer satisfaction and success. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service.
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in government or public sector environments. You understand the importance of building relationships and ensuring that clients achieve their goals through effective use of the BetterUp platform. Experience working with government agencies or in a public sector role is a plus. As a Government Customer Success Manager at BetterUp, you will be responsible for ensuring that our government clients receive the full value of our platform. You will work closely with partners across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian Agencies, and state and local governments to understand their unique challenges and objectives. Your role will involve driving customer value by increasing the measurable and perceived benefits that clients derive from BetterUp's offerings. You will conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement. Collaborating with internal teams, you will help tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of government clients, ensuring they have the resources and support necessary to succeed.
You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients, guiding them through the initial setup and helping them understand how to leverage the BetterUp platform effectively. Your insights will inform product development and enhancements, as you relay client feedback to the relevant teams. By fostering strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication, you will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity at BetterUp.
