Experience with Attribute-Based Access Control or similar security frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products and services will help you navigate the ecosystem more effectively. You may also have experience in high-compliance environments, which will be beneficial in understanding customer needs and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

As a Product Manager-II, you will lead the vision and strategy for ABAC features within Microsoft 365. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features that align with customer needs. You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate product concepts, ensuring that the solutions you develop meet the evolving demands of enterprise customers. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the product roadmap, coordinating with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time. You will analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decisions. You will also engage with stakeholders to communicate product updates and gather feedback, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.
