You have a strong background in server and networking technology, with experience in data center operations. You are skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, particularly with Linux servers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy tackling diverse challenges daily. In this role, you will serve as the escalation point for technical issues within the data center, diving deep into Linux server problems and remediating physical layer outages. You will be responsible for the physical replacement of server and network equipment, ensuring that all installations and configurations meet internal service level agreements. Your role will involve triaging and resolving trouble tickets for devices in your region, contributing to the overall efficiency of data center operations. You will participate in shift work, including night shifts on a rotational basis, to maintain 24/7 operations.
