PushPress is seeking a Head of Events to lead and scale their event strategy, managing over 50 in-person and digital events annually. This role requires strong leadership and operational skills to create memorable experiences that drive measurable outcomes.
You have a proven track record in event management, with experience leading teams and executing large-scale events. Your creativity shines through in curating unique experiences that resonate with audiences, and you possess strong operational skills to manage logistics effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with sales, marketing, and product teams to align event strategies with business goals. You are data-driven, using metrics to evaluate the success of events and make informed decisions for future initiatives. Your passion for the fitness industry and understanding of its dynamics will help you connect with stakeholders and create impactful events.
In this role, you will own and scale PushPress's end-to-end event strategy, overseeing the planning and execution of over 50 events each year. You will lead the Events team, ensuring that each event is thoughtfully designed to drive engagement and measurable pipeline. Your responsibilities will include developing and producing the flagship industry event, which will strengthen PushPress's position as a leader in the boutique fitness space. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Sales, Growth, Product Marketing, and Community, to ensure that events align with broader business objectives. You will manage complex logistics, from venue selection to vendor coordination, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly. You will also analyze event performance data to refine strategies and improve future events, ensuring that PushPress continues to deliver exceptional experiences.
