Overview

Chowbus is seeking a Sales Manager for their Chinese Vertical to drive sales of their POS system to local and regional restaurants. You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in the restaurant or technology sectors. You understand the unique challenges faced by local and regional restaurants and are passionate about helping them succeed through innovative technology solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers effectively. You are results-driven and thrive on meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs. You are adaptable and can navigate the competitive landscape of restaurant technology, positioning Chowbus’ offerings effectively against competitors. You are comfortable using CRM tools to manage sales activities and track progress.

Desirable

Experience in the food and beverage industry or with point-of-sale systems is a plus. Familiarity with sales strategies and techniques specific to the restaurant sector will help you excel in this role. A network of contacts within the restaurant industry can be beneficial as you build partnerships and drive sales.

What you'll do

As a Sales Manager at Chowbus, you will be responsible for bringing our innovative POS system to local and regional restaurants. You will engage in regular outbound prospecting through various channels, including cold visits, calls, and marketing campaigns, to identify potential clients. Conducting product demonstrations will be a key part of your role, as you showcase how Chowbus’ technology can meet the unique needs of each restaurant. You will develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, allowing you to position our solutions effectively in the market. You will work closely with the regional team to ensure alignment on sales strategies and goals. Achieving assigned KPIs will be crucial, and you will be expected to onboard new partners consistently each month. You will manage your sales activities using Chowbus’ CRM tool, ensuring that all interactions and progress are documented accurately.
