You possess strong strategic leadership skills, owning the complete vision for how consumers experience Claude—from core chat interactions to new modalities. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including research, design, and engineering, to translate breakthrough model capabilities into products that resonate with users. You are opinionated about product development and are driven by the desire to create meaningful and impactful experiences for consumers.

What you'll do

As the Product Lead at Anthropic, you will be responsible for driving the consumer product vision for Claude. You will lead the strategic direction of the product, ensuring that it meets the needs of millions of users. You will work closely with research and engineering teams to leverage the latest AI advancements, translating complex capabilities into user-friendly features. Your role will involve defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring that the product aligns with the overall mission of creating reliable and beneficial AI systems.

You will also focus on user experience, conducting user research to gather insights and feedback that will inform product decisions. You will analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to refine the product and enhance retention strategies. In addition to product development, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring that all teams are aligned and informed about the product's progress. You will facilitate communication between engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product launches and updates. Your ability to articulate the product vision and strategy will be crucial in gaining buy-in from stakeholders and driving the product's success.
