Who you are

You have over 8 years of experience in data engineering and machine learning, demonstrating a strong ability to develop and implement AI models that enhance urban mobility solutions. Your expertise includes building and optimizing algorithms for routing and dispatching, as well as demand prediction and ETA analytics. You are skilled in designing architectures that integrate intelligent systems with Agentic AI, ensuring seamless decision-making processes. Your background in knowledge graphs and ontology development allows you to create sophisticated data models that enhance the intelligence of mobility services. You are proficient in managing large-scale data pipelines and MLOps, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of AI systems in production environments. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of AI models that drive the optimization of urban mobility services. You will be responsible for creating algorithms for routing and dispatching, utilizing advanced techniques such as reinforcement learning and optimization algorithms. Your work will involve developing predictive models for demand forecasting and ETA calculations, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. You will design and implement architectures that integrate these intelligent models with Agentic AI systems, facilitating autonomous decision-making. Additionally, you will build and refine knowledge graphs and ontologies tailored to the mobility and logistics domains, improving data integration and management. You will oversee the design and operation of large-scale data pipelines, ensuring the effective collection and processing of data from the UMOS platform. Your role will also include establishing MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring the stability and performance of AI solutions in production. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the AI solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
