What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall availability and reliability of AWS Data Center Operations. Your responsibilities will include performing hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repairs to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally. You will install equipment and create documentation to support operational processes. Your role will also involve participating in site-level project work, where you will collaborate with other technicians and engineers to innovate solutions that enhance data center operations.

You will be part of a team that operates 24/7, which means you will need to be flexible with your schedule and willing to work rotating shifts.
