You have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas — your experience in sales frameworks like MEDDPICC or similar has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex sales processes effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are an enthusiastic team player who enjoys building relationships and driving results. Your desire to create impactful solutions rather than fitting into a static playbook sets you apart in the sales landscape.

Desirable

Experience in enterprise sales is a plus, as is familiarity with technology solutions that streamline operations. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and have a knack for understanding customer needs, which allows you to tailor your approach effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with enterprise clients. You will engage with potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Workato's AI-powered platform can transform their operations. Your ability to articulate the value of our solutions will be key to your success. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
