Coupang is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to oversee loan service operations and policy improvements. You'll collaborate with various departments to enhance operational quality and ensure compliance. This role requires over 7 years of experience in financial services.
You have over 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years specifically in loan product operations. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can think quickly on your feet, taking ownership of your responsibilities and acting proactively. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You possess analytical skills that enable you to derive insights from various data sets and develop solutions to complex problems. You are familiar with the operational policies and processes related to loan services and have a track record of improving operational efficiency.
In this role, you will manage the operational policies and processes for business loans, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. You will respond to internal audits and regulatory inquiries, developing risk mitigation strategies to enhance compliance. Collaborating with departments such as Product, Risk, Legal, Accounting, and Customer Service, you will work to improve operational quality and customer satisfaction. When launching new products or system features, you will design and support the operational processes necessary for successful implementation. Additionally, you will analyze customer service feedback and VOC data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
