Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data & Insights Intern to support our data management processes. This role will focus on organizing, analyzing, and managing sustainability related data within our platform, helping to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and an interest in sustainability and real estate. SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in managing and interpreting large datasets related to sustainability reporting and real estate performance

• Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and organization within Scaler’s proprietary platform

• Support sustainability data collection and analysis workflows, helping to streamline and improve internal processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold data integrity and recommend process enhancements

• Conduct research on industry trends and regulatory changes; contribute to internal reports and client-ready presentations

• Assist in creating onboarding materials, internal documentation, and other operational support resources

Requirements:

• In the final year of their Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
