Deepgram is seeking an EMEA Account Executive who is German speaking to drive sales and customer engagement in the voice AI sector. You'll work with a diverse range of clients and leverage your understanding of AI technologies. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales.
You are a driven sales professional with experience in account management or business development, ideally within the technology or AI sectors. Your fluency in German allows you to engage effectively with clients in the EMEA region, and you have a strong understanding of voice AI technologies. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable adapting to new tools and technologies as they emerge. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams. You are results-oriented and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You are eager to learn and grow within a company that values innovation and creativity.
Experience in the voice AI or technology industry is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies and CRM tools. A background in software development or technical sales can also be beneficial, as it allows you to better understand the products you are selling and the needs of your clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer engagement across the EMEA region. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your understanding of voice AI to articulate the value of Deepgram's offerings to potential clients. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies that resonate with your target audience. You will manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth experience for clients. You will also be expected to provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions, helping to shape the future of Deepgram's offerings. Regularly reporting on sales metrics and performance will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
