Pantheon is hiring a Senior Director of Professional Services to lead the strategy and execution of their customer implementation and services organization. This role requires strong operational and strategic skills to drive customer outcomes and align with various teams.
You have a proven track record of leading professional services organizations, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and execute service strategies that align with company growth and customer needs. You are comfortable redesigning processes and organizations to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Your operational expertise enables you to identify execution gaps and implement solutions that drive measurable results. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and success. You are results-oriented, focusing on delivering predictable and profitable implementations that accelerate time-to-value for customers.
Experience in the web operations or cloud services industry is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks will help you excel in this role. You are adept at using data to inform decisions and drive improvements in service delivery.
