Amazon is hiring a Data Center Technician for their Infra Ops team to manage the hardware lifecycle of IT infrastructure. You'll work with AWS technologies and collaborate with a diverse team to ensure operational stability in Bangkok.

In this role, you will be responsible for the on-site management of the hardware lifecycle of our IT infrastructure. You will work as part of the Operations team, whose primary responsibility is the maintenance and upkeep of the data center infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include server rack installation, performing hardware break-fix on various components, and troubleshooting network issues. You will also respond to emergent situations that affect operational stability, ensuring that our customers have continual access to the services they rely on. You will collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers, to deliver the highest standards of service. Your role will involve learning from experienced team members and contributing to the overall efficiency of the data center operations.
