Sendbird is seeking a Sales Engineer to partner with Account Executives and help customers design and scale their communication strategies. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with experience in technology and customer engagement. You thrive in discovery conversations and enjoy problem-solving with both developers and executives. Your ability to translate complex technical capabilities into real-world impact is a key strength. You bring credibility in front of engineers and confidence in front of leaders, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of Sendbird's solutions. You are curious and eager to help customers imagine what’s possible with AI-driven communication strategies.
Experience in the AI or communication technology space is a plus. Familiarity with omnichannel customer engagement strategies will help you excel in this role. A background in working with enterprise-level clients and understanding their unique challenges will be beneficial.
As a Sales Engineer at Sendbird, you will partner closely with Account Executives throughout the deal cycle. This includes joining calls, demos, and meetings to explore customer challenges, co-design solutions, and close deals together. You will lead technical discovery sessions, engaging deeply with engineers, product managers, and architects to understand their systems, goals, and pain points. Your role will involve demonstrating Sendbird's capabilities and how they can be tailored to meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for providing technical support during the sales process, ensuring that potential clients feel confident in the solutions being offered.
