Glovo is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive critical cross-functional projects within the Strategy & Finance team. You'll work closely with leadership to execute the country masterplan and ensure disciplined project execution. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
You have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ideally with 5+ years of experience in project management within a dynamic environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential, as you will be working closely with the head of Finance & Strategy and the General Manager. You thrive in fast-paced settings and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving projects to completion.
You possess strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, allowing you to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and inclusivity, ensuring that all team members feel valued and heard. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Experience in the tech or logistics industry is a plus, as is familiarity with agile project management methodologies. You may have a background in finance or strategy, which will help you align project goals with the overall business objectives.
