Who you are

You are a YouTube and video enthusiast with a strong foundation or interest in video production. You understand YouTube's language, trends, and culture, and you possess a balance of creative and analytical thinking. You are excited to bring new ideas to the table without prompting and are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree, with a graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027. You have a minimum of one quarter or semester remaining in your university studies after the internship concludes and must be authorized to work in the United States.

What you'll do

As a Growth Marketing Intern at MongoDB, you will contribute to the management and optimization of publishing great content on YouTube. You will collaborate with the team to experiment with and develop new video concepts, leveraging AI to enhance content output and internal efficiency. Your role will involve understanding audience engagement and optimizing video performance based on analytics. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for video content that aligns with MongoDB's marketing goals.

The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is $52,000—$76,000 USD.
