Your ability to manage parts returns and general inventory is crucial to ensuring smooth operations. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, demonstrating your commitment to the company's mission.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Parts Associate at Carvana, you will play a key role in managing our inventory of automotive parts. You will be responsible for sourcing and ordering complex parts, ensuring that we have the necessary components to meet customer demands. Additionally, you will manage parts returns and oversee general inventory, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that our stock levels are optimal. Communication is vital in this role, as you will be liaising with dealers and suppliers to facilitate the procurement of parts. You will also handle the reconciliation and recording of payments for parts, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
