Overview

Q-CTRL is seeking a Product Manager for Performance Management and Application Enablement to lead the development of innovative quantum technology solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and execution. This role requires strong leadership and adaptability in a pioneering field.

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in technology or software development. Desirable

Experience in quantum technology or related fields would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with high-performance computing (HPC) and cloud-based solutions is also beneficial. A background in user research and data-driven decision-making will enhance your ability to define product requirements and success metrics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and launch new solvers that unlock applications and integrations, expanding Q-CTRL’s product portfolio. You will work closely with the Quantum Computing Product Lead to develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's vision. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that product development is aligned with customer needs and market trends. You will guide the technical leadership of Fire Opal, ensuring that the product evolves in line with advancements in quantum hardware virtualization and abstraction. You will also be responsible for defining and tracking success metrics for new product initiatives, ensuring that they meet the needs of users and stakeholders. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights that inform product development and go-to-market strategies. You will facilitate communication between teams to ensure that everyone is aligned on product goals and timelines. Additionally, you will participate in competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation in the market.
