InterSystems is seeking a Growth Manager to lead new business generation across Iberia. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to drive sustainable growth. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
You have a proven track record in sales and business development, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a growth-focused role. You understand the intricacies of generating new business and have successfully led initiatives that drive pipeline growth. Your ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Channel partners is a key strength, allowing you to create and execute effective strategies. You are data-driven, using market analysis and structured prospecting to identify and qualify new opportunities. You possess excellent leadership skills, motivating and supporting your team to achieve their goals while fostering a collaborative environment.
Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with artificial intelligence and automation tools that can optimize lead generation and account research. You are comfortable closing small to mid-sized deals and facilitating larger opportunities alongside senior sales team members. Your strategic mindset enables you to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns that generate real demand and drive business growth.
In this role, you will lead the new business strategy for Spain and Portugal, ensuring a consistent flow of new opportunities. You will identify, qualify, and develop new business prospects through structured prospecting and targeted campaigns. Collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, you will design and execute initiatives that create demand and drive pipeline growth. You will motivate and support Account Managers and the Channel team, driving joint actions and following up on initiatives that generate new business. Your role will also involve closing small to mid-sized deals when necessary and facilitating the closing of larger opportunities alongside the senior sales team. You will integrate artificial intelligence and automation into your processes to optimize account research and lead generation, applying a structured approach to opportunity management.
